Preston Mommsen will lead a familiar Scotland 15-man squad into the World Cup.
All 15 players named by Cricket Scotland travelled to Australia and New Zealand, the showpiece co-hosts, in September and October last year in order to acclimatise to conditions.
Mommsen was confirmed as captain on a permanent basis in December, replacing Northamptonshire batsman Kyle Coetzer in the role.
Scotland’s third World Cup campaign starts on February 17 against the Black Caps at a sold-out Dunedin.
That is the first of a minimum of six matches for the Scots, who also face England, Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Australia in Group A.
They are currently continuing their preparations for the event with a Tri-Series versus Ireland and Afghanistan, starting yesterday with a defeat to the latter in Dubai.
Head coach Grant Bradburn said: “It is great to announce our squad for the Cricket World Cup, and it is a fantastic achievement for the players to be named in the final 15.
“They have all worked hard over a long period of time, as they continue to do out here in Dubai during the current Tri-Series.
“There is so much natural ability in this squad and we go to the World Cup aiming to do what no other squad has done before and win games of cricket.”
