Tickets for three days of the third Investec Test Match between England and Australia at Edgbaston in July have sold out after being released in September.
Warwickshire have confirmed that tickets for days two, three and four have now sold out, although there are still some tickets available for the first and last days of what has proved to be the most popular Test in Birmingham since 2009.
Gareth Roberts, commercial director of Warwickshire, said: “The Ashes is the biggest Test match series in the world, and it’s fantastic for Edgbaston to host one of the five all-important matches, not only next summer but again in the following series in 2019.
“At present, tickets are only available for days one and five, and we would encourage fans that are planning to attend to book in the coming days to avoid disappointment. Any tickets that are returned by our sponsors for the sold out days will be released in March.”
Tickets for the first and fifth day of the Test, which begins on Wednesday 29 July and is due to finish on Sunday 2 August, can still be purchased by visiting www.edgbaston.com/tickets or by calling the ticket hotline on 0844 847 1902.
