Hamilton Masakadza has finally been given a chance to play in a World Cup after he was named in Zimbabwe’s 15-man squad.
The 31-year-old suffered the disappointment of missing the last three showpieces due to inexperience, injury and disappointing form.
But new coach Dav Whatmore has included the all-rounder, an international cricketer for 14 years, in his first party.
Whatmore's squad, skippered by Elton Chigumbura, also features Prosper Utseya, Stuart Matsikenyeri, Chamu Chibhabha and Tawanda Mupariwa.
