England posted a commanding 504 for six in the first innings of their friendly Bangladesh at the Blind World Cup in South Africa.
Bangladesh's late arrival at the tournament meant the game would be classed as a friendly, and no points would be awarded to the victors, although it was a good workout for England who still hope to progress to the semi-finals despite Sunday's loss to Pakistan.
Mark Bond and Jason Aughton were handed debuts for England and there was a return for Dan Field, who was injured in the first game of the tournament and today led the side in place of the rested Matt Dean.
Field won the toss and elected to bat, with Matthew Page continuing his good form with 117 before Field joined the party with 123.
Luke Sugg contributed 45 before an unbeaten half-century from Kelvin Duncan and 24 penalty runs awarded for a slow over rate saw England set Bangladesh 505 to win.
