Sri Lanka's Tillakaratne Dilshan and Thisara Perera have both been fined and reprimanded by the International Cricket Council for a level one disciplinary offence in the first one-day international against England.
Dilshan will lose 25 per cent of his match fee for excessive appealing while Thisara has been fined 20 per cent of payment.
Both players admitted the offences at the R Premadasa Stadium, and were therefore punished without the need for a disciplinary hearing.
Sri Lanka won the match by 25 runs to take a 1-0 lead in the seven-game series.
