The Twenty20 international series between Nepal and Hong Kong suffered a second false start after rain prevented any play for the second consecutive day in Dambulla.
The players watched on as the rain fell again, but the three-match series could yet be completed in full after officials agreed to try and re-start the series tomorrow.
The weather is due to clear heading into the weekend and, with that in mind, the re-arranged games have been slated for Friday, Saturday and Monday at the Rangiri Dambulla International Stadium.
The third Twenty20 had been due to be played on Saturday.
