A superb stand of 311 between Alex Lees, unbeaten on 171, and Phil Jaques, who made 139, has put the visitors in command after a sweltering first day. Lees' score is his highest in first-class cricket.
5:57pm - Woakes is stumped off Samit Patel for 60 and Warwickshire soon declare on 180 for six, a lead of 426.
Chris Dent has reached his fifty, as Gloucester make a good start to their innings at Cheltenham. They are 72 without loss.
5:39pm - Chris Woakes reaches 50 with a single off Luke Fletcher, moving Warwickshire to 155 for five.
Kent have been dismissed for 513 to give them a first-innings lead of 108 while, at Emirates Old Trafford, Katich reaches his hundred with a four off Graham Wagg.

4:38pm - Worcestershire have been bowled out for 182. James Fuller ends with five wickets as Alan Richardson is caught by Alex Gidman for 16.
Sussex are now six down as Ben Brown is caught off Gurjit Sandhu for seven, while Nash's innings has finally come to an end for Kent as he is caught behind for 126.
Lancashire's Andrea Agathangelou has departed while Warwickshire are 75 for five following the dismissal of Tim Ambrose.
