Luke Wright smashed 39 at the top of the order as Melbourne Stars thrashed city rivals Melbourne Renegades by 112 runs in the Big Bash League.
The Sussex and England all-rounder hit five fours and a six in his 21-ball innings to lay the platform for a big total.
Surrey’s Kevin Pietersen was the next highest scorer with a 28-ball 25, as the Stars posted a daunting 169 for six.
The Renegades never threatened to get anywhere near that – Tom Cooper’s 10 top-scoring along with the extras column as they were rattled out for a paltry 57 in just 12.4 overs.
Spinner Michael Beer took 2-14 from his four overs after opening the bowling, with Hampshire’s new signing Jackson Bird and Scott Boland also claiming a couple of cheap wickets.
The victory is Melbourne Stars’ first of the competition, with the Renegades replacing them at the foot of the table.
