10:15pm - Here are all of the results from a thrilling night of Friends Life t20 action:
North Group
Leicestershire Foxes beat Durham Dynamos by 11 runs at Grace Road
Yorkshire Vikings and Lancashire Lightning played out a tie at Headingley.
Notts Outlaws defeated Derbyshire Falcons by six wickets at Derby.
Midlands/Wales/West Group
Somerset claimed a four-wicket victory over Gloucestershire Gladiators at Taunton.
Northants Steelbacks defeated Warwickshire Bears by 27 runs at Wantage Road.
South Group
Surrey beat Middlesex Panthers by 15 runs at the Kia Oval.
Essex Eagles triumphed by 47 runs over Kent Spitfires at Canterbury.
Hampshire Royals secured a five-wicket win over Sussex Sharks at the BrightonandHoveJobs.com County Ground
10:01pm - RESULT! Hampshire Royals (148/5) beat Sussex Sharks (145/6) by five wickets at the BrightonandHoveJobs.com County Ground - Well, Sussex let that slip pretty quickly! McKenzie struck the first ball of the final over, bowled by Chris Jordan, for four and the wheels then came off for the Sharks as four overthrows turned two into six from the next delivery. McKenzie subsequently collected another boundary to wrap up an away win with three balls unused.
9:56pm - A tight over from Chris Liddle leaves Hampshire requiring 12 off the last.
9:49pm - McKenzie has 50 for Hampshire, who need 19 from 12 in the only match still in progress.
9:46pm - RESULT! Essex Eagles (164/6) beat Kent Spitfires (117 all out) by 47 runs at Canterbury - Essex romp home in the end, Topley and Graham Napier each finishing with three cheap wickets.
9:39pm - Consecutive fours from McKenzie steady Hampshire, but Kent now require a minor miracle.
9:36pm - RESULT! Notts Outlaws (116/4) beat Derbyshire Falcons (115/9) by six wickets at Derby - Derbyshire were always up against it after posting such a modest score. It was all rather easy for Notts, who retain their unbeaten record while inflicting a first loss on their arch rivals. Samit Patel hit the winning runs after claiming 3-16 with the ball.
9:32pm - Chris Nash traps Dawson lbw for a duck. Could Sussex still win this one? Hampshire need 47 off 39 with five wickets intact.
9:30pm - Bopara strikes again, claiming the wicket of Matt Coles to strengthen Essex's hold on proceedings at Canterbury.
Hampshire have lost Sean Ervine to Will Beer, which means Liam Dawson joins Neil McKenzie. The South African has 33.
9:24pm - Michael Lumb is out one shy of 50, yet that is highly unlikely to prevent Notts from easing to victory at Derby.
Kent, meanwhile, are 96 for five and need 69 from seven overs - a pretty tough ask.
9:20pm - RESULTS! Northants Steelbacks (161/2) beat Warwickshire Bears (134/8) by 27 runs at Wantage Road and Surrey (147/9) beat Middlesex Panthers (132/8) by 15 runs at the Kia Oval - Both Warwickshire and Middlesex are unable to overhaul their opponents’ scores, the latter on a pitch that offered significant assistance to spinners throughout.
Carberry has fallen for 50 at the BrightonandHoveJobs.com County Ground, but Hampshire require just 62 from 60 to defeat Sussex.
9:16pm - Muhammad Azhar Ullah strikes twice in his fourth over to complete excellent figures of 4-24. Warwickshire need a mere 36 off the final set of six.
Middlesex are also set to fall short at the Kia Oval, but Notts and Hampshire look good to complete successful chases.
9:08pm - Chris Woakes and Ateeq Javid depart in quick succession and it will take something special to deny Northants now.
Surrey are turning the screw at the Kia Oval, with Azhar Mahmood and Jade Dernbach proving economical.
Ravi Bopara bowls Darren Stevens in his first over, leaving Kent, who are chasing 165 to beat Essex, 61 for three after nine.
9:01pm - A six from Neil Dexter reduces Middlesex's target to 46 from 24 balls.
Two successive sixes for Carberry. Hants 34/2

8:56pm - David Wainwright removes Alex Hales and Riki Wessels with consecutive deliveries to give Derbyshire a glimmer of hope.
Sam Billings departs to Reece Topley at Canterbury, while Warwickshire now need almost 14 an over.
8:53pm - The three sides batting in the South Group are all struggling.
Middlesex have lost Gareth Berg and now require 64 from six overs.
Kent have mustered just 30 runs in their powerplay.
And Hampshire are 12 for two in reply to Sussex's 145 for six.
8:46pm - We could have another nail-biter at the Kia Oval. Middlesex are 79 for four in the 13th and need a further 69.
8:40pm - Notts should not have any problems hunting down 115, especially given the start they have made. Michael Lumb has hit four boundaries in 10 balls.
Graeme White has 2-13 for Northants, who are in complete control with Warwickshire needing 93 at almost 12 an over.
8:30pm - RESULT! Yorkshire Vikings (152/6) tie with Lancashire Lightning (152/5) at Headingley - And we have a tie in the Roses match! Croft hits two from Ryan Sidebottom's final delivery to ensure the game finishes all-square. My oh my!
Former Yorkshire spinner Gareth Batty has 2-2 at the Kia Oval, where Middlesex have slumped to 45 for four chasing 148.
Warwickshire are 58 for three in the 10th and up against it, while Kent have lost Sam Northeast first ball.
8:26pm - Make that 10 from six required for Lancashire. This is a thrilling finish at Headingley...
Scott Styris' unbeaten 39 helps Sussex scramble to 145 for six. I imagine Hampshire will be happy chasing that.
8:23pm - Lancashire, with Steven Croft and Kabir Ali in occupation, need 24 from 12 balls.
Derbyshire post 114 for nine, which is unlikely to be enough.
Warwickshire and Middlesex are two down, for 38 and 35 respectively, while Shah was bowled by Mitchell Claydon for 59 prior to Essex ending on 164 for six.
8:20pm - RESULT! Somerset (192/6) beat Gloucestershire Gladiators (190/6) by four wickets at Taunton - Craig Meschede marks his arrival at the crease by striking 10 from the first two balls he faces and Somerset duly make it home with one delivery to spare, Kieswetter's unbeaten 89 from 55 the key contribution!
8:15pm - RESULT! Leicestershire Foxes (176/5) beat Durham Dynamos (165 all out) by 11 runs at Grace Road - Durham fall short, their chances having been severely damaged when Leicestershire claimed four wickets for no runs late in the chase.
Somerset 175-5 with 9 balls left, needing a further 16. Hildreth bowled Fuller 8. Kieswetter 89 not out.

8:10pm - Durham aren't giving up just yet. Gareth Breese goes six, four, six off Shiv Thakor to leave 20 needed from eight.
Owais Shah and Ryan ten Doeschate have shared a useful fifty alliance for Essex and the latter soon has reason for celebration...
ANOTHER SIX! Shah reaches his 50 for Essex! Currently 142-4! With 2 overs left!
— Essex Cricket (@EssexCricket) July 5, 2013
8:05pm - Buttler hits two more fours before falling with Somerset 29 shy of their target.
Lancashire need 50 from five overs and you'll forgive ecb.co.uk for paying extra attention to those two matches as they move towards intriguing conclusions.
8:01pm - Goodness me! Durham have lost four wickets with the score on 130, Michael Richardson and Ryan Pringle both registering ducks as Leicestershire close in on glory.
Somerset need 39 off four overs. Kieswetter has 85 and Buttler 20 from nine.
Lancashire have slowed up dramatically at Headingley and suddenly require more than nine an over.
Derbyshire's evening goes from bad to worse, Samit Patel claiming his second and third scalps to leave the score reading 84 for eight.
7:56pm - Ireland gets rid of Mustard next ball, for 69, and Leicestershire are surely favourites now at Grace Road.
Derbyshire are 80 for six in the 15th and could well lose their unbeaten record in the North Group this evening.
Kieswetter and fellow England international Jos Buttler share four maximums in 12 balls to keep Somerset's hopes alive.
7:52pm - Surrey, badly undermined by Ravi Patel's 4-18, finish on 147 for nine at the Kia Oval.
Stokes falls to Ireland for 35, with Durham needing 47 from 28 deliveries.
Lancashire lose Katich for 18 and now need 61 off 50 with seven wickets in hand.
Rory Hamilton-Brown and Dwayne Smith depart cheaply, leaving Sussex 82 for four at halfway.
7:48pm - Mustard clubs Matthew Hoggard for six to pass 50, but his team still need more than 10 an over.

7:34pm - Northants lost White to Jeetan Patel for 28 and are 131 for two with three overs to come, Coetzer having moved past 50.

At Canterbury, Essex are also three down, Graham Napier and Hamish Rutherford having departed in successive overs.
Chris Wood has ended Sussex's opening stand at 45 with the wicket of Luke Wright in his second over, the innings' fifth.
7:28pm - It's hard to keep up with all the action now that eight games are in progress.
Patel ends his third over with 4-13, having dismissed Azhar Mahmood to leave Surrey in big trouble at 88 for six.
Phil Mustard is scoring freely at Grace Road, but Durham are three down after Will Smith was run out.
Both Lancashire openers have fallen in quick succession, Liam Plunkett and Richard Pyrah the men to resurrect Yorkshire hopes.
7:25pm - Tom Smith takes 24 (TWENTY-FOUR!) from Jack Brooks' second over to put the Lightning in control at Headingley.

7:10pm - Ravi Patel dramatically breaks Surrey's momentum, dismissing Ponting and Roy with successive balls!
Chesney Hughes goes for a duck at Derby, while Northants are 82 for one after 10 overs.

7:06pm - Roy's fifty arrives from 30 balls; he has dominated a very handy partnership with Ricky Ponting.
Ian Butler picks up an early wicket for Notts when Wes Durston is caught behind for six.
Durham are another side to lose an opener cheaply, stand-in skipper Mark Stoneman departing at the hands of Anthony Ireland.
7:01pm - Somerset's run-chase gets off to the worst possible start as James Fuller bowls Marcus Trescothick for a golden duck!
Durham are also under way in their pursuit and play has commenced at Derby and Canterbury.
Ateeq Javid has ousted Levi for 35, a much-needed breakthrough for Warwickshire.
6:55pm - Richard Levi made just one on his Northants debut last week, but is faring significantly better tonight. He and Coetzer have rushed the Wantage Road hosts to 55 from six overs against Warwickshire
Yorkshire did finish strongly at Headingley, reaching 152 for six thanks largely to Jaques’ 66 not out from 57 balls. Andy Hodd hit the last ball of the innings for four after Richard Pyrah had been run out.

Gloucestershire have 169 on the board with two overs to come, while Phil Jaques has passed 50 for Yorkshire, who could do with a late flourish.

There is a second half-centurion at Grace Road, Burns following Smith to the landmark with his third six.

6:17pm - Leicestershire overseas star Shakib Al Hasan falls to Ryan Pringle for one.
After a slow start, Gloucestershire are now scoring at a rapid rate. Cockbain and Marshall have put on 100 for the third wicket inside 10 overs.

At Grace Road, Leicestershire end the powerplay on 39 for one with Joe Burns now alongside Smith.

Steven Croft opens the bowling for Lancashire at Headingley and concedes just four in his first set of six.
