England and Yorkshire players Gary Ballance, Jonny Bairstow and Adil Rashid feel they have benefited significantly from the England Performance Programme batting and spin camp in Sri Lanka, which ended this week.
The trio are among the dozen who have spent two weeks training under former England Team Director Andy Flower.
The batsmen have particularly been working ex-England left-hander Graham Thorpe, who excelled against spin during his decorated England career.
Ballance, Bairstow and Rashid, who are all in the England Lions squad to tour South Africa in the new year, shared their thoughts on the EPP camp with ecb.co.uk in the above video, also linked here.
