Pakistan opener Muhammad Jamil hit a century as the world champions posted 446 for eight against England at the Blind World Cup in South Africa.
England produced a stirring display in the field to claim eight wickets, Luke Sugg the pick of the bowlers with 2-78, against the tournament favourites.
Pakistan have won their opening two games, beating the hosts and Twenty20 champions India, while losing just three wickets in each game.
After being put under early pressure, Sugg claimed the opening two wickets, Jamil showed why he is the tournament’s leading runscorer as he hit 188 while Muhammad Akram added 96.
Amit Amin eventually bowled Jamil, as he returned 1-28, while Justin Hollingsworth, Edward Hossell and Peter Blueitt chipped in with a wicket each.
James Millard was handed his England debut before the start of play.
England have split their two games at the tournament so far, following a 41-run win over South Africa with an eight-wicket defeat to India yesterday.
