The Sri Lanka A squad, including a wealth of full international experience, for England’s two warm-up games has been announced.
Sri Lanka A will be led by batsman Ashan Priyanjan, who has 21 one-day international caps and played in this month’s first three fixtures versus India en route to Sri Lanka being whitewashed 5-0.
Four other players in the ‘A’ party featured in that series. They are Dinesh Chandimal, Niroshan Dickwella, Lahiru Gamage and Dilruwan Perera.
Sri Lanka A and England will play two 50-over matches, both in Colombo, the first on Friday at Sinhalese Sports Club and the second on Sunday at the P Sara Oval.
