Thirteen ECB scholars training in Australia will form a team to play in a series against two Big Bash League academy sides.
The county prospects, some of whom are working at the Darren Lehmann Cricket Academy in Adelaide and others in Sydney, will face the Sydney Thunder and the Sydney Sixers academy teams.
Less than a month before the Big Bash, the scholars will play three games under lights at the Drummoyne Oval in Sydney on consecutive days from Tuesday.
The scholars are Alex Davies (Lancashire), Sam Wood (Nottinghamshire), Freddie van den Bergh (Surrey), Ian Cockbain (Gloucestershire), Gurjit Sandhu (Middlesex), Andrew Salter (Glamorgan), Ryan Higgins (Middlesex), Rob Keogh (Northamptonshire), Ravi Patel (Middlesex), Jonathon Webb (Warwickshire), Dewi Jones (Glamorgan), Jack Leaning (Yorkshire) and Jack Winslade (MCC).
