The Gateway Centre area of the ground will be renovated into a cricket centre of excellence and pavilion, while the Lund Pavilion will also have its facilities improved, with work starting at the end of the season.

The club have received a grant of £1million and could gain extra funds for further phases of development.
Chief executive Simon Storey said: "After a robust planning process we're delighted that work on the first phase of our redevelopment can now begin.
"To fulfil our ambition for success on the field, we need first-class facilities for players, members, spectators and our business customers."
