11.35am - A Steve Patterson maiden keeps Durham on 46 for none at the end of the first powerplay, but the visitors have made a good start after being put in in tricky conditions.

11.10am - A brace of boundaries from Phil Mustard off the bowling of Jack Brooks gets the game under way again, and Durham have moved on to 16 without loss after four overs.

11.04am - It sounds fairly grim from Headingley, with a spectator taken ill and there are reports of CPR being given and paramedics on the scene. Fingers crossed.

Although the incident puts the game in perspective, play is due to resume in five minutes.

10.30am - Showers are expected later in the day at Leeds, but for now, it is dry as Tim Bresnan gets the game underway.

10.16am - Yorkshire have named Gary Ballance in their side, after he was released by England, he comes in for Jack Leaning in an otherwise straightforward side:

Yorkshire: Adam Lyth, Alex Lees, Kane Williamson, Gary Ballance, Jonny Bairstow, Andrew Gale, Adil Rashid, Tim Bresnan, Rich Pyrah, Steve Patterson, Jack Brooks.

The visitors meanwhile, are without Ben Stokes after he played at Cardiff yesterday, here is their lineup:

Durham: Mark Stoneman, Phil Mustard, Calum MacLeod, Scott Borthwick, Paul Collingwood, Keaton Jennings, Gordon Muchall, John Hastings, Gareth Breese, Paul Coughlin, Chris Rushworth.

10.05am - Yorkshire skipper Andrew Gale has won the toss and has elected to field first.

10.00am - Hello and welcome to today's blog on the second and third quarter-finals of the Royal London One-Day Cup.

After some early rain, the sun is out at Headingley where Yorkshire Vikings take on Durham. Warwickshire travel to Essex to face the Eagles at 2.00pm.
