England have been fined for a slow-over rate in the second one-day international against India at the SWALEC Stadium yesterday.
Alastair Cook and his side were adjudged to have been one over short of the target at the end of the match, even with time allowances taken into account.
As per the regulations, each member of the England side was fined 10 per cent of their match fee, with Cook's fine doubled due to being captain.
