Hampshire and Worcestershire stand on the brink of elimination following a washout at the Ageas Bowl.
9.45pm – RESULT! – Derbyshire Falcons beat Northants Steelbacks by six runs. My word that was close! Footitt concedes 23 from his final over - including two sets of five wides, but Tony Palladino regains control in the final over to leave 13 needed from two balls. James Middlebrook hits the first for six to leave the tie possible but is dismissed from the final delivery.
9.33pm – Ben Cotton takes two wickets in an over, including key man Andrew Hall for 43, and Derbyshire are on the verge of victory.
UPDATE: Brilliant over from Mark Footitt, only three runs from it. Northants 183-6 (29/32); 44 needed off 18 balls. #NORvDER

8.48pm – Matt Spriegel holes out to long-off off a Marcus North delivery, and Northants are in a spot of bother at 113 for four. Their hopes look to rest squarely on the shoulders of South Africans Richard Levi and Andrew Hall, with the former having just passed fifty.
Halfway through the innings and Steelbacks are 90/3 #GoSteelbacks

7.52pm – RESULT! - Hampshire against Worcestershire abandoned due to rai n. With no further play at the Ageas Bowl, all eyes turn to Northampton, where the hosts have made a sluggish start in pursuit of 227 from 32 overs. It’s currently 33 for one in the seventh over, with Kyle Coetzee the man out off the bowling of Mark Footitt.
Match abandoned at The Ageas Bowl. Both teams take 1 point.

7.22pm – Hampshire have made a lively start in their 17-over bash against Worcestershire, with Sean Terry and Michael Carberry plundering 22 from the first two overs.
Terry and Carberry are making their way to the middle for Hampshire - should be an entertaining evening of cricket at the Ageas Bowl! #RLODC

TOTAL: The Derbyshire total has been revised to 226 after the rain delay earlier. #NORvDER

7.14pm – A late flurry of wickets at Northampton sees Andrew Hall take 3-39 and Derbyshire finish on 211 for six. Wes Durston’s 94-ball 108 was the highlight of the visitors’ innings.
6.56pm – Century for Durston! – It’s been a day of special innings, with three tons coming in Essex’s win at Yorkshire , and Durston gets in on the act by hitting Mohammad Azhar Ullah for six and taking a single off the next ball to bring up an 89-ball century.
Great news! The match will start at 7:15pm with 17 overs per side at the Ageas Bowl. #RLODC
— Hampshire Cricket (@hantscricket) August 11, 2014
6.46pm – Marcus North has perished to Andrew Hall, the Australian stumped for 43, but Wes Durston is closing in on his century on what has been a day of impressive tons. The opener is currently unbeaten on 92, and has been joined by skipper Wayne Madsen at the crease. Derbyshire are 168 for two with a little under five overs remaining.
SIX! Durston (74*) gets his second six of the innings, and again, it's over the bowlers head; Derbyshire 135-1 (22.3/32); North 33* #NORvDER

6.05pm – Billy Godleman and Wes Durston added 68 for Derbyshire’s first wicket, before James Middlebrook bowled the former for 22. Durston and Marcus North have advanced the score to 97 for one in what is now a 32-over contest.

5.27pm – RESULT! - Essex beat Yorkshire by five wickets! Westley brings proceedings to a close in style with a maximum off Adil Rashid as Essex win with 25 balls to spare. That was a remarkable effort from Westley and ten Doeschate, who put on 209 for the third wicket in just 31 overs. The Eagles join their opponents on eight points at the top of Group A, but Yorkshire remain in pole position by virtue of their superior run-rate.
5.23pm – Yorkshire finally make a breakthrough, with Steve Patterson having ten Doeschate caught by Adam Lyth at short fine-leg for 119. It’s almost certainly too little too late for the hosts, especially as new man James Foster smashes his third ball for six.
5.13pm – Westley records his first List-A century! – Two overs later, Westley hits Bresnan for four to reach his ton off 120 balls. It hasn’t been as brutal a knock as ten Doeschate’s, but the 25-year-old has put Essex on the brink of a victory which looked a long way off at 68 for four.
The news from the umpires is that due to the outfield still being wet, there will be another inspection at 6:30pm. #RLODC
— Hampshire Cricket (@hantscricket) August 11, 2014
5.04pm – That’s a century for ten Doeschate! – The all-rounder takes a couple from Tim Bresnan to reach three figures off just 86 balls.
End of 2nd powerplay and Essex 241-4 Ryan ten Doeschate 97, Tom Westley 90. #YorvEss

There will be an umpires inspection at 5:00pm at the Ageas Bowl. #RLODC

4.43pm - This partnership is taking Essex a long way towards victory, the pair have added 140 in just over 21 overs and the visitors are rapidly closing in on the target. 83 needed.
4.32pm - There will be a further pitch inspection at 5pm at Wantage Road. Just eight overs gone there, where Derbyshire are 35 without loss. The covers are coming off though.
100 partnership for Westley and ten Doeschate in 16 overs. Essex on 168-4 after 30 overs chasing Yorks 290-6
— Yorkshire CCC (@Yorkshireccc) August 11, 2014
4.13pm - The Eagles are beginning to accelerate in the middle overs, Ryan ten Doeschate and Westley have both reached half centuries with Pyrah and Adil Rashid bearing the brunt of the attack. They are now 153 for four in the 27th over.
4.05pm - There's rain in the air at Scarborough, but the players are carrying on for now. Essex are 121 for four in the 25th over.
3.24pm - Jesse Ryder was threatening to pose Yorkshire a serious threat, making 36 from just 27 balls, but he's gone, caught at point off Rich Pyrah. Big blow for the Eagles who will need someone to stick around with the in-form Tom Westley.

2.54pm - Bresnan has his second, Kishen Velani out lbw for just one.
2.47pm - The Eagles find themselves in a similar position to Yorkshire early on in their innings. Greg Smith joins Pettini in the pavilion after going for an 11-ball duck as Tim Bresnan gets his first wicket of the day.
Still raining at the Ageas Bowl, any imminent play is highly unlikely.
2.32pm - Bad news from Northampton I'm afraid. Derbyshire had reached 35 without loss before the rain came. They've scurried for cover and the groundstaff are working their magic.
Back at Scarborough, Mark Pettini has perished to the third ball of the innings as Jack Brooks gets him to edge behind.
Yorkshire close on 290 for 6, jack Leaning 111* Tim Bresnan 9* as the Tykes take 23 from the last over that was bowled by Graham Napier....
— Essex Cricket (@EssexCricket) August 11, 2014
1.45pm - A sensational innings from Jack Leaning takes Yorkshire Vikings to 290 for six in their 50 overs. Leaning reached his maiden professional hundred with consecutive sixes in the final over as Yorkshire recovered from a slow start.
Heavy, heavy rain now at the Ageas Bowl - not looking promising but we'll keep you updated. #RLODC
— Hampshire Cricket (@hantscricket) August 11, 2014
1.33pm - At Wantage Road, Derbyshire Falcons have won the toss and chosen to bat first. Looks like there are some big clouds in Northampton...
1.13pm - Yorkshire move on to 210 for 5 with seven overs to go. Can Leaning and Andrew Hodd push the score towards, or even above 250?
66 - Jack Leaning (66 not out) has reached his highest List A score, in his 12th innings. Tower. @Yorkshireccc
— OptaJim (@OptaJim) August 11, 2014
1.02pm - Leaning continues his impressive breakthrough season, reaching his second half-century of the tournament from 67 balls.
The second powerplay of five overs is finished with Yorks on 176-5 after 40 overs with Leaning 49 and Hodd 13
— Yorkshire CCC (@Yorkshireccc) August 11, 2014
12.42pm - Yorkshire take the powerplay in the 35th over, and as is so often the case it brings a wicket for the bowling side. Adil Rashid is the batsman to go, driving the third ball to mid-off for 15. They are now 154 for five.
12.22pm - Gale's innings comes to an end as he tries to push the scoring rate on. He's caught at point off ten Doeschate and Yorkshire are pegged back once again. 123 for four in the 31st over.
Excellent to see @RobKeogh91 back in the nets and in the squad for todays #RLODC fixture against @DerbyshireCCC . pic.twitter.com/iXUExpOXNg
— Northants Cricket (@NorthantsCCC) August 11, 2014
12.19pm - Gale is going through the gears now, hitting Ryan ten Doeschate over long-on for six.
Our before and after image of @ScarboroCricket is remarkable. We have beautiful sunshine now. #YCCC pic.twitter.com/RD6OeZ64pO

12.15pm - The 100 is up for Yorkshire in the 27th over, the scoring rate has quickened slightly, suggesting that the wicket may be drying out and becoming a bit more batsman-friendly.
There's a good shot from the Yorkshire twitter account coming up which shows just how remarkable it is that we even have any play.
12.02pm - Tim Phillips has put down Gale on 20, off his own bowling. A tough chance, but will the Yorkshire skipper make them pay? It's been a dogged innings so far, but he won't mind if he can cash in at the back end of the innings.
11.53am - First boundary in 11 overs for the Vikings, with Jack Leaning finally getting some relief. They've struggled along, thanks to some mean bowling by the Essex men, to 80 from the first 22 overs.
11.37am - Big blow for Yorkshire as opener Adam Lyth is run out for a run-a-ball 38. Kishen Velani does the good work from cover after Andrew Gale tried to call his partner through for a quick single.
David masters takes a break with figures of 5-2-10-2 and Tom Westley joins the attack. Yorkshire 46 for 2 after 11 overs. #YorvEss
— Essex Cricket (@EssexCricket) August 11, 2014
11.07am - Kane Williamson's struggles in the competition continue. The New Zealander made just two before becoming Masters' second victim, advancing down the pitch before slashing at a wide ball.
11.04am - David Masters has the first wicket of the day, and it's Alex Lees - who has been named on the shortlist for LV= Breakthrough Player of the Year Award - who has perished, missing a straight ball. The Vikings are 32 for one after eight overs.
10.26am - This is a big game in Group A, with the Vikings and Eagles both having good tournaments so far. Yorkshire are top, while their opponents are just two points behind in third place. There will be plenty of good players on show, too.
10.11am - Essex have won the toss at Scarborough and unsurprisingly have chosen to bowl first. The pitch looks in great nick, which is remarkable given the weather in the area, and indeed all over the country yesterday.
10am - Morning all. We have three games in the Royal London One-Day Cup today, starting at Scarborough. Here are all the fixtures:
Yorkshire Vikings v Essex Eagles, Scarborough, 10.30am
Hampshire v Worcestershire, Ageas Bowl, 2pm
Northants Steelbacks v Derbyshire Falcons, Wantage Road, 2pm
