11:24am - Worcestershire have moved a step closer to a convincing win, as the ever-reliable Alan Richardson bowls Owen for 40. Glamorgan now only trail by 11 however, meaning the hosts may be required to chase a fourth-innings total.
Foster has brought up a fifty as Essex navigate the early exchanges without alarm.
11:16am - Thankfully, the players at Grace Road have taken to the field, meaning we have play in both of the Division Two clashes. Foster and Graham Napier are the men in the middle, with Essex trailing Leicestershire by 106 runs.
There will be an inspection at Headingley at 11:30am.
11:05am - As expected, the inclement weather has delayed starts in Leeds, Derby and Nottingham. Play has also been delayed at Grace Road.
Unfortunately, that means the only place we find action at the moment is New Road, where unbeaten half-centurion Jim Allenby and Will Owen will be looking to build on their 71-run eighth-wicket stand.
@Yorkshireccc on Twitter: Gutted for Steve Patterson. He has broken his toe and will be out for 2 wks. Expected to return for Derbys @LV_Cricket match in July #YCCC.
10:49am - Rain at Headingley, Derby and Trent Bridge this morning has put a prompt 11am start in jeopardy in those games. With an unsettled weather forecast, we’re expecting a few delayed starts. We’ll be sure to keep you right up-to-date throughout the day.

10:41am - Worcestershire will be hopeful they can claim the final three Glamorgan wickets this morning to wrap up a victory at New Road.
A result today is unlikely in the four other games, but we will certainly have plenty to savour. Kevin Pietersen is expected to spend some time in the middle, coming in at number five for Surrey at Headingley.
The bottom two sides in Division One, Somerset and Derbyshire, will be scrapping for every point at the County Ground, while opener Chris Nash is poised for a big score for Sussex, unbeaten on 45 overnight. A solid middle-order response from Essex, meanwhile, has kept James Foster’s men in the game at Grace Road, which enters its pivotal third day.
