6pm - So here's what happened on a beautiful day for cricket around the country.
Results:
Division One
Lancashire tried their best to force victory at Edgbaston, taking five wickets in the evening session, but their game with Warwickshire ended in a draw.
Likewise, Nottinghamshire briefly worried Yorkshire with three quick wickets late on at Headingley, but the game ended as a draw that left the hosts second in the table.
Division Two
Derbyshire completed their first win of the campaign, a nine-wicket success at Grace Road against Leicestershire, who slip to the bottom of the pile.
Hampshire batted out the day to secure a draw against Worcestershire at New Road.
Latest:Surrey require five wickets for victory going into the last day at Bristol, with Gloucestershire– 274 for five at stumps - needing a further 240 just to avoid an innings defeat.
5.55pm - RESULT! Lancashire (286 & 322/7d) draw with Warwickshire (322 & 86/5) at Edgbaston. It proves too tall an ask for Lancashire, with the game drawn. Warwickshire remain ahead of their opponents in the table.
That's stumps at Bristol. We'll shortly bring you the day's round-up of events.
Ambrose bowled by Kerrigan GAME ON!!!! http://t.co/VgdiIDaQwj
— Lancashire CCC (@LancsCCC) June 11, 2014
5.43pm - Simon Kerrigan bowls Tim Ambrose! That's Warwickshire five down, with around 30 minutes left to play. Can Lancashire do it? Surely not...
Gloucestershire 257-5. Jones lbw Dernbach 13. Cockbain 44 not out. A further 257 needed to avoid innings defeat.
— Gloucestershire CCC (@Gloscricket) June 11, 2014
5.37pm - RESULT! Nottinghamshire (205 & 335/8d) draw with Yorkshire (247 and 53/3) at Headingley. Yorkshire are five points behind leaders Somerset after a draw against Nottinghamshire, who are fourth in the table.
5.27pm - How are your nerves, Warwickshire fans? Lancashire have a fourth scalp and it's Croft again, trapping Sam Hain lbw for nought. There are about 40 minutes left.
Jonny Bairstow and Andrew Gale are settling Yorkshire down, with a draw now creeping ever closer. They have seen off Peter Siddle, with Ajmal Shahzad now bowling in tandem with Patel, who is 1-10 from 10 overs.
Gloucs 247-4....Cockbain 43*, Jones 4*
— Surrey Cricket (@surreycricket) June 11, 2014
5.10pm - Warwickshire are now three down as well! Croft has a second wicket, dismissing Laurie Evans for five. That's Lancashire and Nottinghamshire with three scalps down. It would still take herculean efforts to win from here for both, but it means we're unlikely to get the handshakes early.
4.58pm - RESULT! Worcestershire (402/9d) draw with Hampshire (219 & 321/5) at New Road. The captains shake on a draw, with a positive result miles away. Hampshire will be pleased with their efforts today.
. @Stevenjcroft 's 104 not out came off 119 balls and contained 10 fours #WarvLancs pic.twitter.com/06Jamu6hf2
— Lancashire CCC (@LancsCCC) June 11, 2014
4.55pm - They couldn't, could they? Nottinghamshire have a third wicket at Headingley. Samit Patel accounts for Adam Lyth. Seven more wickets needed...
Warwickshire are two down against Lancashire now, Varun Chopra castled for 29 by Steven Croft.
4.50pm - Adams strikes again as Jack Leaning is dismissed, leaving Yorkshire 41 for two.
Kerrigan replacing Ali and Porterfield is run out having come back for a second to mid-wicket and been sent back. 48-1.
— Lancashire CCC (@LancsCCC) June 11, 2014
4.28pm - It's a huge moment for Surrey! Klinger, who has batted supremely for almost four-and-a-half hours, is finally sent on his way. Jason Roy has done the trick, having the opener caught at slip by Hashim Amla. Surrey are six wickets away from victory.

4.25pm - Andre Adams strikes in his first over! Nottinghamshire have their first breakthrough, with Alex Lees edging behind after making six from 29 deliveries. Nine more needed for a hugely unlikely away victory at Headingley.
4.16pm - That leaves us three games in their final session, with draws looking likely across the board. It's only day three in Bristol, though, so Gloucestershire will need to bat for four more sessions if they are going to avoid defeat against Surrey. Michael Klinger certainly looks up for the fight at present, with Ian Cockbain continuing to offer superb assistance.
4.10pm - RESULT! Derbyshire (336 & 188/1) beat Leicestershire (311 & 210) by nine wickets at Grace Road. Derbyshire waste little time following the restart and cruise to their first victory of the season. Paul Borrington ends unbeaten on 86, with skipper Wayne Madsen 22 not out.
UPDATE: Back-to-back fours for @pborrington (80*). Derbyshire need 11 runs to win #LEIvDER

3.45pm – It’s now tea at New Road with Hampshire on 272 for five, while they will also be enjoying their cucumber sandwiches at Headingley before Yorkshire begin their futile run chase.
3.41pm – Michael Carberry’s 249-ball vigil is over at New Road as he departs for 125 after being trapped in front off Joe Leach. That innings looks to have saved the game for Hampshire, who are 89 runs ahead with five wickets left.
Tea is being taken at Bristol, Gloucestershire still 315 behind, and also Leicestershire where Derbyshire require 22 more to win after the restart.
3.35pm – There we go, as expected Notts call time on their innings, declaring at 335 for eight. Yorkshire need a highly unlikely 294 in 39 overs.
Michael Klinger reaches a ton at Bristol as Gloucestershire continue to put up some resistance against Surrey. There’s still plenty of batting to do there.
Declaration comes to signal an early tea. Lancs 322-7, leaving Warks 287 to win in 39. Croft 104 not out, Chapple 34 not out. #WarvLancs
— Lancashire CCC (@LancsCCC) June 11, 2014

Hundred for Croft off 114 balls with 10x4s 300-7. #WarvLancs
— Lancashire CCC (@LancsCCC) June 11, 2014
3.21pm – Nottinghamshire are searching for quick runs as a declaration looks imminent in Leeds. Andre Adams went for a third-ball duck after trying to smite Steven Patterson back over his head. It’s 316 for eight.
Gloucs 179-3....Cockbain 18*, Klinger 87*
— Surrey Cricket (@surreycricket) June 11, 2014
3.14pm – Warwickshire keep chipping away at Lancashire, with Tom Smith the latest man to go, bowled by Boyd Rankin. The Red Rose lead by 230, though, and with Steven Croft unbeaten on 82 they could push on and set a target.
Bresnan has got another wicket for Yorkshire, sending Chris Read back to the pavilion for 75 as Rashid takes the catch again. Peter Siddle is making hay at the other end with 39 from 26 balls. Is a declaration on the cards?
Derbyshire have also lost a wicket in their pursuit of 186. Moore goes for a well-made 76 but, at 121 for one, surely victory over Leicestershire is theirs.
Beautiful afternoon at @Gloscricket can't complain really!! pic.twitter.com/6e9XvP4E6H
— Ryan Ansley (@RyanAnsley_1989) June 11, 2014
2.53pm – Yorkshire have got rid of James Taylor at Headingley and the diminutive batsman falls four short of a century, clipping Tim Bresnan to square-leg. Notts are in control there though, leading by 227.
Glenn Maxwell also misses out on a hundred as he is trapped lbw for 85 off Charles Morris, leaving Hampshire effectively 54 for four in their second innings at New Road.
Taylor (87) and Read (63) bring up 100 stand off 146 balls. @TrentBridge 254-5, leading by 212 runs
— Yorkshire CCC (@Yorkshireccc) June 11, 2014
2.27pm – Surrey have another breakthrough as Gareth Batty takes his second wicket, trapping Hamish Marshall in front for 27. Gloucestershire need another 389 just to make the Brown Caps bat again.
Michael Carberry has reached three figures as Hampshire try to save the game. That’s the opener’s 31 st first-class century.
Stephen Moore also reaches a milestone at Grace Road as Derbyshire are on course for their maiden win of the season. Moore has made 52 not out off 98 balls to lead his side to 90 for nought, chasing 186.

2.02pm – Jos Buttler’s lunch has barely had time to settle before he is heading back to the shed. The England man nicked a Rikki Clarke delivery and departs for 22. Lancashire are 224 for six, that’s a lead of 188.
Chris Read is raising his bat at Headingley. He reaches 50 and with Notts now having a lead of 191 with five wickets remaining, they are batting themselves to safety.
