Catch up on the last day of this LV= County Championship round. Kent beat Surrey on the stroke of lunch but the other games ending today were drawn, with an exciting finish at the SWALEC Stadium.

6.10pm – Here’s the end-of-game scores from today, not forgetting Division One leaders Warwickshire yesterday beat Middlesex by an innings and 47 runs at Edgbaston.
Division One
Durham, who were made to follow on, drew with Yorkshire at the Emirates Durham ICG. Having earlier today taken Durham’s last two first-innings wickets, the White Rose were blunted by Keaton Jennings’ unbeaten 54 and Paul Collingwood in a score of 100 for four.
Somerset played out a stalemate with Nottinghamshire, who finished on 322 for four with Phil Jaques on 150 having shared an unbroken 106 with Riki Wessels. First-innings centurion Samit Patel earlier made 75.
Lancashire drew with Sussex on a rain-ruined day at Emirates Old Trafford. After the visitors declared on their overnight 216 for five to set a victory target of 324, the Red Rose reached 19 for no wicket in the 8.4 overs possible.
Division Two
Kent beat Surreyby eight wickets at the Spitfire Ground. The visitors added 33 to their overnight 170 for nine, setting a paltry victory target of 54.
Glamorgan held Division Two front-runners Worcestershire to a stalemate at the SWALEC Stadium, denying twin-centurion Daryl Mitchell victory. Resuming on 14 for one, Will Bragg’s unbeaten 91 guided the Welsh county to safety at 229 for seven.
Essex, thanks to Greg Smith’s 85 and an unbeaten 41 from captain James Foster, drew with Leicestershire at the Essex County Ground. The hosts moved from 101 for one overnight to 271 for five when the sides shook hands.
6.08pm – RESULT! Glamorgan (155 & 229/7) draw with Worcestershire (240 & 296) at the SWALEC Stadium. Bragg’s unbeaten 91 secures a stalemate for the Welsh county against the Division Two leaders.

5.53pm – Bragg and Graham Wagg are holding firm, having survived three overs since Wallace was out.
5.39pm – Could there be a late twist at the SWALEC as Saeed Ajmal traps Wallace in front for 47? His stand with Bragg was worth 97. It appears three overs were lost to that rain delay so just under eight are left. Worcestershire need three more wickets to win.
5.33pm – RESULT! Durham (388 & 100/4) draw with Yorkshire (589/8) at the Emirates Durham ICG. Jennings and Collingwood, with 54 and a 91-ball 14 respectively, ensure a stalemate between last year’s top two. Defending champions Durham are still without a win though.

5.15pm – Will Bragg and Mark Wallace guide Glamorgan beyond 200 in the second innings, with their seventh-wicket stand worth 83. Glamorgan need a theoretical 180 more to win.
5.04pm – RESULT! Somerset (402/9d) draw with Nottinghamshire (440 & 322/4) at Taunton. Jaques does not add to his 150 and Wessels closes on 40, Together they put on an unbroken 106.
4.57pm – RESULT! Essex (281 & 271/5d) draw with Leicestershire (433) at the Essex County Ground. Resistance from James Foster and Kishen Vilani, who end on 41 and 21 respectively, persuades the sides to shake hands. Leicestershire are still looking for their first win.

4.01pm – Although tea is yet to be taken at Taunton, the evening session starts at the Emirates Durham ICG. Yorkshire need six wickets to defeat Durham.
3.46pm – Tea also arrives at the Essex County Ground and the SWALEC Stadium. Essex are 225 for eight in their second innings, 76 ahead of Leicestershire, and Glamorgan are 149 for six, chasing 382 to beat Worcestershire.

3.38pm - RESULT! Lancashire (191 & 19/0) draw with Sussex (298 & 216/5d) at Emirates Old Trafford. The weather denies Sussex the chance of bouncing back from last week's heavy defeat to Warwickshire.
There is no sign of a late declaration from Nottinghamshire yet at Taunton. The visitors, 300 ahead on 262 for four, are content to keep batting.
3.28pm - Will Bragg is trying his best to guide Glamorgan to a draw at the SWALEC Stadium. The 27-year-old reaches a half-century off 185 balls to help his side to 142 for six.

3.16pm - First-innings centurion Michael Richardson is the latest batsman to depart for Durham. He falls to Adil Rashid for the second time in the match, this time Hodd taking the catch rather than producing a stumping.
Leicestershire reignite their victory hopes at the Essex County Ground. The hosts lose Ben Foakes to Charlie Shreck for 12 to leave them five down and just 61 runs ahead.

2.46pm - Century for Phil Jaques. The Australian opening batsman keeps his fine early-season form going, registering his maiden ton for Nottinghamshire.
2.34pm - Kumar Sangakkara is living dangerously at the moment. The Sri Lankan left-hander, who lasted just two balls in the first innings, survives a huge caught behind appeal off Brooks before edging to slip, where Plunkett spills a difficult chance diving to his left.
Glamorgan lose a sixth wicket at the SWALEC Stadium, Jim Allenby bowled by Charles Morris.

Firstly, Plunkett diverts a straight drive from Keaton Jennings onto the stumps to run out Mark Stoneman at the non-striker's end and then Scott Borthwick edges a viscious short ball from Jack Brooks behind. Can the White Rose push for victory now? There is still plenty of time left.

12.50pm - Lunch is called at Taunton as the rain returns again. The chances of a positive result are growing ever slimmer. Notts are 151 for three with the unbeaten Phil Jaques on 77 alongside Samit Patel, who has made 24.
12.48pm - Kent do not look like they are going to chase down this small target of 54 the easy way. Skipper Rob Key becomes Aneesh Kapil's second victim and the hosts are 11 for two.
12.43pm - Play is up and running again at Taunton with six overs deducted from the day. The weather has returned at Durham, however, as the players head off for what will probably be lunch.

11.32am - The weather is starting to play its part. They're off at Taunton due to rain to further limit the chances of a result between Somerset and Nottinghamshire. At Emirates Old Trafford the umpires have already been talking about the light. They're staying on for now with Lancashire 19 for none.

10.40am - Good morning and welcome to the final day of this round of LV= County Championship fixtures. Here's how all the games stand before the start of play:
Division One
Durham begin the day at 361 for eight and needing another 79 runs to avoid the follow-on after Yorkshire’s 589 for eight declared at the Emirates Durham ICG.
Sussex are likely to consider an overnight declaration as they start on 216 for five in their second innings, with a lead of 323 against Lancashire at Emirates Old Trafford.
Nottinghamshire are 97 for two in their second innings against Somerset at Taunton, a lead of 135 with Phil Jaques unbeaten on 55.
Warwickshire beat Middlesex by an innings and 47 runs to secure a second consecutive championship win and go top for the time being. In-form batsmen Sam Robson and Chris Rogers scored 68 and 82 respectively but the visitors collapsed from 155 for one to 248 all out in their second innings.
Division Two
Kent are on the verge of victory against Surrey at the Spitfire Ground. The visitors reached stumps on 170 for nine in their second innings - a slender lead of 20. Kent off-spinner Adam Riley has eight wickets in the match.
Essex are 101 for one in their second innings against Leicestershire at the Essex County Ground, 51 behind Leicestershire but boosted by an unbroken stand of 98 between Greg Smith and Jaik Mickleburgh.
Glamorgan are 14 for one in their second innings against Worcestershire at the SWALEC Stadium, and face a huge battle to save the game on the final day due to a 367-run deficit. Visiting captain Daryl Mitchell was unbeaten on 151 when he declared - his second century of the match.
