Current Champions Preston Nomads strengthened their position at the top of the Sussex Premier League following their first win in nine starts, an impressive eight wicket triumph at Hastings.
Horsham moved into second place after winning at Brighton and Hove while East Grinstead were frustrated by their home game with Three Bridges being called off due to a wet ground.
Worthing and Roffey both moved clear of the relegation zone with wins against Cuckfield and Chichester respectively.
Preston Nomads bowled out their opponents for less than 100 for the third week running to make short work of Hastings at Horntye Park.
Kashif Ibrahim took 5-9 and Patrick Spencer 4-34 to send Hastings tumbling to 79 all out in 42 overs, Jake Woolley with 27 was top scorer, Tom Gillespie made 24.
Nomads then took just 14 overs to reach 80 for two with Joe Gatting making 30 not out and Hugh Finzel 28.
Horsham recovered well at Brighton and Hove and owed much to penultimate batsman Sam Bell who hit 60 not out in a total of 214 for nine after being put in at Brighton and Hove for whom Matt Wood took 3-38 and Michael Rippon 3-7.
Rippon then made 91 but could not prevent the home side being dismissed for 143 as Kam Leverock took 5-34 and Michael Munday 4-41.
The game at Roffey saw the home side win a keenly fought game by just 23 runs after being put in by Chichester and being held to 201 for nine with Rohit Jagota making 53 but it was an unfinished last wicket stand that swayed the game as Dan Smith hit 51 not out.
For Chichester James Stedman took 3-50 and Ashton Turner 3-59. Turner then starred with the bat and was last out for 105 as the visitors were dismissed with five overs to spare for 178, Matt Varner taking 4-61.
Worthing enjoyed their third win of the season with a home 87 run victory against inconsistent Cuckfield.
Batting first, Worthing made 247 for nine with 67 from Zimbawean Malcolm Lake and 49 from Michael Gould. For Cuckfield Nick Patterson took 5-73.
Cuckfield were then bowled out for 160 with Tom Cummins making 51 and James Thorpe 47 as Benn Challen produced match winning figures of 6-28 with his off-spin.
Several umpires inspections took place at East Grinstead before the wet square meant no play against Three Bridges.
