England's Physical Disability side will be seeking revenge when they meet Pakistan in Dubai from Friday.

The two teams made history in 2012 when they competed in the first international series between two sides of physically disabled players where both are recognised and endorsed by their respective governing body.

England Physical Disability and Pakistan shake hands in Dubai in 2012 following their historic series. They play again this month

England lost the one-day series 2-0 before going winless in the two-match Twenty20 rubber.

England, led by all-rounder James Williams, will be hoping for better luck in the three ODIs and three T20Is, which start on Friday at Dubai Sports City.

ECB Head of Disability Cricket Ian Martin was in Dubai two years ago and was due to fly out with the confident squad today.

“We are very much looking forward to testing ourselves against a very talented Pakistan side,” said Martin.

“We have worked hard since the last series and will be looking to improve on our performances from 2012.”

All games are free entry and Martin added the action would be well worth watching.

“The standard of cricket will be good and the matches will be fiercely competitive as you would expect,” he said.

"I would encourage all cricket lovers in Dubai to come down and take the opportunity to watch the games. I know the players will appreciate the support and fans will not be disappointed.”
