An independently chaired Appeals Committee today accepted the decision of the ECB Association of Cricket Officials not to contest an appeal from Mr Keith Coburn against the suspension of his ECB ACO membership, in relation to proceedings arising out of his former role as Chairman of the East Anglian Premier League.
Consequently, Mr Coburn's period of suspension has ended and his full membership of the ECB Association of Cricket Officials is therefore reinstated with immediate effect.
There will be no further comment on this matter from either party.
